Our guest speaker is Shannon Houde, MBA, founder of Walk of Life Consulting (walkoflifeconsulting.com), the first international executive coaching business focused solely on the environmental, sustainability, social enterprise, impact investing, international development and Corporate Responsibility (CR) fields.

Shannon has more than two decades of experience facilitating webinars, workshops and One2One Coaching with clients around the world. She has coached and trained more than 700 practitioners to build competitive advantage during career transitions, define search strategies, map skills to the market, take a branding approach to CV building, and improve interview techniques. Her work with C-Suite and senior executives in sustainability and finance at Adobe, Barclays, Corporate Citizenship, Deloitte, Tullow Oil, and WWF gives her insights across sectors and leadership styles.

Shannon is a columnist for Greenbiz, Triple Pundit, 2Degrees Network, LinkedIn and CSRWire. Her thought leadership has also been published in the Huffington Post and The Guardian Walk of Life's partnerships with leading UK and US recruitment agencies, Acre Resources and Weinreb Group, gives real-time market insights and access to an extensive network of hiring managers and top talent. With an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Shannon has lived in the US, Italy, France and Switzerland and speaks French and Spanish.
