The "Next Steps" ProgrammeCareer Farm Next Step Programme for Alumni

Our ‘Next Steps’ programme offers targeted and structured one-to-one career support for outgoing MBA and Masters students as they transition into their first role post graduation. The programme offers support for up to 3 years following graduation.

    • Offers individually tailored advice to Alumni on a one to one basis via face-to-face, Skype, telephone or email.
    • Provides you with monthly management information on the employment status of Alumni engaged in the programme, enabling accurate tracking of roles secured, salaries, etc.
    • Increases the likelihood of positive feedback on rankings questionnaires, resulting in improved ranking data for your School.

Webinar Series

We have a strong track record of delivering webinars, which gives business schools the benefit of providing career information and lectures to alumni based around the world. There is the added benefit of recording these sessions for future listening at a time to suit an individual.

Each group of alumni are different, so we work with schools to develop a programme of webinars on specialist subjects or a panel of your alumni to share their career development insight.

Please contact us to discuss subjects we can offer or discuss together a programme you would like to put in place. Some schools run webinars for their alumni every month and others every other month. We have access to our own dedicated webinar system and can manage all the administration.
